- Own and manage our sales support tickets.
- Assist the sales and customer success team with Quotes and draft order forms creation
- Maintain data up to date in our CRM
- Maintain and review product portfolio in our CRM
- Maintain our sales assets up to date.
- Student of a university or university of applied sciences with preferred field of study in Business Administration, Business Informatics Computer science, System administration, Sales and Marketing or Data Science. But the most important factors will be your mindset, ability to learn and a willingness to be a go-to person for support, training and system configurations.
- Strong analytical mindset
- Independent self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit: you take full responsibility of your tasks and make suggestions to improve processes.
- Prior knowledge of HubSpot would be preferable
- Computer skills: Very good MS Office skill especially MS Excel, reporting/analytical skills
- Language skills: Fluent in English - both written and spoken
- Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, striving to follow through & completion
