In this role, you’ll be responsible for cold prospecting and targeted follow up to an assigned list of accounts.
- High-quality, personalized outreach: Engage prospects through tailored emails, cold calls, and social channels, focusing on relevant messaging that breaks through the noise.
- Account and contact enrichment: Research target accounts to identify key stakeholders, understand their business priorities, and update CRM data to support smarter selling.
- Align with marketing and sales: Work together with marketing campaigns and the sales team to execute on pipeline goals, share insights from the field, and refine ideal customer profile.
- Optimize sales tech stack use: Leverage tools like Hubspot, Gong, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to work smarter, automate repetitive tasks, and continuously improve outreach effectiveness.
- Self-manage and improve: Regularly assess what’s working and what’s not in your outreach, develop action plans week over week, and bring fresh ideas to the team.
You will fit great with the following skills and qualifications
- Comfortable prospecting: Confident in cold calling and social media engagement to open new conversations.
- Tech-savvy: Experience with CRMs and sales enablement tools; ideally Hubspot, Gong, and Apollo.
- Organized and self-motivated: Capable of planning your day with productivity tools, prioritizing high-value activities, and thriving in a hybrid work environment.
- Growth mindset: You proactively identify gaps, run experiments, and iterate on your outreach to improve results.
- Experience: At least 1 year as a full-cycle sales rep or in a BDR/SDR role.
