About the role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive Market Logic’s growth with our portfolio of strategic enterprise clients. Think of this role as one-part trusted advisor, one-part growth driver, and two-parts relationship builder. The mission of this key team member is to retain and expand business with some of the most exciting brands around the globe.
There are three primary areas this person excels at: building and nurturing executive relationships, translating Market Logic’s solutions into business value, and driving renewals and expansions across accounts.
This critical team member will work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Expert Services to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction, while also identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities that deliver measurable ROI for clients.
This is a position for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative, and high-impact environment. You will leverage your relationship management, consultative sales, and strategic planning skills each day to ensure we are exceeding our growth goals with quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts by ensuring long-term retention, adoption, and expansion.
- Engage senior stakeholders (Director, VP, and C-level) to position Market Logic as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring alignment with customer priorities and business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans, informed by usage data, customer objectives, and industry trends.
- Lead consultative business conversations that translate platform capabilities into measurable ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Sales Engineering, and Expert Services to deliver high-value outcomes.
- Accurately forecast renewals and expansions in HubSpot and other internal systems.
- Report on progress, risks, and opportunities in regular sales and customer meetings.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of B2B account management or enterprise customer success experience, ideally in the SaaS or tech industry.
- Proven track record of driving renewals, upsells, and consultative account growth.
- Strong business acumen and ability to engage senior executive stakeholders with confidence.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a talent for persuasive storytelling and demonstrating ROI.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Collaborative team player with a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to navigate complexity and overcome challenges.
- Proficient in CRM and sales tools (HubSpot preferred), plus comfort using data and insights to guide decisions.
