About the role
Dynamic and skilled Engineer with a robust background in Java and Spring Boot, complemented by practical experience in cloud environments, particularly Google Cloud. The ideal candidate will be at a mid to senior level, bringing a strong foundation in microservices architecture.
Responsibilities:
Support the platform engineering team in maintaining existing backend services, as well as working on new initiatives. Use monitoring tools to detect and resolve issues. Design new solutions and collaborate with other teams.
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud).
- Proficient with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Experience working in CI/CD environments, ideally using GitLab.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).
- Experience with Generative AI technologies is a plus.
- Experience with Kotlin is a plus.
