About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide focused administrative and operational support to our CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). The EA will ensure leaders stay informed, prepared, and effective in their day-to-day decision-making, meeting rhythms, and strategic execution.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused EA role, reporting to the CEO, supporting communication flow, scheduling, meeting preparation, information organization, and follow-through on agreed priorities.

You are a great fit great with the following skills and qualifications
- Assist the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team in driving execution of strategic priorities and facilitate workflows advancing them
- Manage company calendars in coordination with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
- Maintain documentation related to executive workflows, priorities, and meeting cadences
- Prepare executives for meetings by organizing agendas, gathering materials, drafting briefs, time management, and ensuring alignment on objectives.
- Track action items and follow-ups to ensure timely execution and communication.
- Support preparation for recurring leadership and company-wide forums, such as:
- Weekly Executive Leadership Team Meeting
- Monthly Senior Leadership Meeting
- Monthly Company All-Hands
- Board meeting preparation (material collection and coordination)
- Assist with drafting internal communications, announcements, or updates on behalf of leadership.
- Facilitate the OKR process to elevate transparency, alignment and target attainment (collect updates, manage timelines, and ensure documentation is correct in our systems (e.g, Perdoo).
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, workshops, or small internal events driven by the CEO/ELT.
- Act as a liaison between the ELT and internal teams to maintain clarity, alignment, and responsiveness.
- 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the Executive Leadership Team professionally.
- Fluency in English (company language).
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Previous experience with OKR facilitation and process coordination, including tools for OKR, or maintaining workflows/documentation
- Previous experience organizing agendas, facilitating/moderating meetings
